Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 07 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other items that come into direct contact with the body are non-returnable unless defective.
- Exceptions: Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at blingwithshubs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 03 business days on receipt of the product.
- Partial Refunds: If only a portion of your order is returned, we will issue a refund for the returned items only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process it for an exchange if the requested item is available. If the new item is more expensive, we will charge the difference. If it is less expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Non-Returnable Items :
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings and other body-contact items (unless defective)
- Sale or clearance items
